Workshop Description: This seminar focuses on cultivating leadership skills during graduate school or a postdoctoral program. Tangible examples will be provided on how to build leadership, management, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills while performing research. In addition, insights will be provided for how to build these skills through involvement with student clubs, academic groups, industry organizations, non‐profit organizations, and networking groups. Leadership ability is tremendously valuable as you build your career and is sought after by employers.
